In order to satisfy all guests, we have learned that a few special guidelines are required. 

  • Check-in is 3 to 11 PM. Early arrivals must be pre-arranged.

  • Check out is 11:00 am.

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express and travelers checks welcome. 

  • Rates are subject to applicable taxes and change without notice. 

  • All rates are based on double occupancy, with a $30 additional occupant charge in select suites. 

  • Well-behaved pets welcome. 

  • A Bed of Roses is a 100% smoke-free environment. 

  • Outside hot tub may be closed during winter months.

Pet Policy

A Bed of Roses is proud to be PET FRIENDLY. 
As pet owners and lovers, we are dedicated to ensuring the optimum comfort of all guests (pet owners & non-pet owners alike).

Several rooms have been designated especially for guests visiting with pets. We welcome well-behaved pets. Guests planning to stay with a pet must make advance  reservations for themselves and their pet via valid credit card. Reservations may be made toll free at 877-624-7673. Rooms are limited; therefore we suggest pet reservations made in advance, depending on season. 

There is a $20 per night additional charge for each pet. We provide a throw blanket, extra towels, a comfortable sleeping pad, water bowl, and of course….pet treats!!!!. Pets cannot be allowed on the furniture in either the guest rooms or the common use areas. All pets must be on a leash or in a cage in the common use areas. Pets are not allowed in the dining area. Guests with a pet that causes damage will be charged a fee of up to $200 without further authorization.

Reservations

A prepayment of 50% of the total booking amount, or the cost of one night’s stay, whichever is greater, by valid credit card will confirm your reservation with the balance due upon arrival. For reservations within two weeks (14 days) of the arrival date, 100% prepayment is required. 

A two-night minimum on most weekends and holidays is required, however we can always check for an available broken stay. A Thursday/Friday pre-booking may allow for an occasional Saturday single-night stay.

Cancellations

A Bed of Roses is a true bed and breakfast therefore cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations made up to two weeks (14 days) before the arrival date will result in a full refund of your deposit, less a $30 processing fee per room. Cancellations made within the two week (14 day period) prior to date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire cost of the booking, pending our ability to re-rent the rooms for the entire length of the anticipated stay. Multiple (more than two) room reservations require a 30-day cancellation notification. Should it be necessary for guests to depart earlier than the confirmed departure date, or alter reservations in any way, guests will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay unless we are able to re-rent all anticipated nights. Alterations to confirmed reservations are subject to a $30/room processing fee. 

Notice

Guests are responsible for any damages, replacement, additional cleaning or loss caused by guest smoking or any other abuse to our guest rooms and lounges without further authorization.
